This Bunn FMD2 Hot Cappuccino machine has been completely rebuilt. The tank has been descaled as well as having the water fill valve and the thermostat assembly. Parts that have been replaced: whipper motors, dispense valves and auger motors as well as all new whipper assembly parts. This Hot Cappuccino machine is also plumbed in.

This Bunn HW2 Hot Water Dispenser has been fully rebuilt and descaled. It has a new fill valve and fill tube as well as a new tank lid gasket, thermostat assembly and water level probe. It holds 2 gallons (7.57 liters) of hot water and fresh, hot water is always available since the HW2 is plumbed to a waterline.

Manufactured in 2013 and sold to Sipps in Kingston, Ontario, the machine has been maintained via Coffee Doctor's Preventative Maintenance plan every six months. The machine has been completely rebuilt from the frame up. The boiler, tubes and pipes have been descaled.

All parts replaced are brand new and include: 

- Heating element and gasket

- Safety thermostat

- Anti-vacuum valve

- Over pressure safety valve

- Huba pressure switch

- Two-way 220 boiler fill valve

- Expansion valve; non return valve

- Both flow meters

- Water pump and braided hoses

- Both three-way group head valves

- Descaled/rebuilt both group heads, replacing all parts

- Replaced two-way hot water valve and hot water button

- Replaced all electronic ribbon cables

- Replaced both dose control boxes

- Replaced mini contactor

- Replaced both steam valves

- Replaced boiler and water pump

- Replaced pressure manometers

Reassembled and reinstalled boiler, tubes and pipes. Replaced all mechanical and hydraulic parts. Filled, heated and tested all functions of the machine.

Set pump pressure at 9 bar and boiler pressure (steam) at 1.2 bar. Retested all functions of the machine
